Director – Internal Communication

- Design and deliver

- Lead high-impact internal campaigns that drive

- Partner closely with leadership to enhance
- visibility, clarity, and engagement across the organization
- Develop frameworks and tools that strengthen
- employee experience and organizational connection
- Leverage
- insights
- and feedback to continuously
- optimize communication effectiveness
- Introduce
- innovative and forward-looking approaches
- , including the use of
- digital tools and emerging technologies
- What we’re looking for:
- 8–12 years’ experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement
- Proven ability to deliver strategic communications and alignment initiatives
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, media, PR, or a related field
