One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Director - Business Development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, luxury property sales, investment advisory, or strategic partnerships, with an established network within the UAE market.
This leadership role requires a commercially focused professional capable of driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company s business development and growth strategy.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and relationship management.
- Lead market expansion initiatives across luxury residential, off-plan, and investment property segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and key industry stakeholders.
