EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree form a four-year college or university
  • Ten or more years in a field service or construction management environment, at least five of them at a management level, as appropriate.
  • KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • Must be able to read blueprints and project plans as well as technical manuals
  • Must have strong leadership and project management skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite and related products
  • Must be proficient with Servicemax and Salesforce and related programs
  • This position will require significant (20%+) overnight travel
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages up to ten subordinate Service and/or Installation Managers who are responsible for all district Technicians, as well as Field Superintendents and subcontractors on the installation side.
