Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Project Management, or a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field
• Professional certifications or memberships with recognized project management, program management, planning, engineering or construction management institutes (e.g., PMP, PgMP, APM, AACE, CIOB or equivalent) are preferred.
• Demonstrates fluency in written and verbal English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Analyzes operational data and information to support decision-making, identify issues, and contribute to improving processes and outcomes.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to support the effective execution of activities and ensure alignment across teams.
• Manages team activities and ensures accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in deliverables and operational outputs.
• Applies advanced knowledge of implementation planning, phasing, scenario analysis, infrastructure readiness and cross-functional dependency management within large-scale development environments.
