Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project development and align work with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence for new opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting; update senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout development.
• Track industry trends and developments in entertainment and leisure.
• Mentor team members and promote development and project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6–9 years of real estate development or project management experience focused on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
