Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, integrated technology and business solution programs.
- Strong understanding of business process design, system integration, and data management.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, etc.).
- Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and insight generation.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) for end-to-end analytics delivery.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of modern AI ecosystems and technologies, including large language models and enterprise AI platforms.
