We are seeking an accomplished
Director of Data & Analytics [Part of Emiratization Initiative]
to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for building advanced data capabilities, enabling evidence-based decision-making, and driving strategic insights across a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s data and analytics strategy
- Lead enterprise data governance frameworks, quality standards, and data-sharing models
- Oversee centralized data platforms, integration, and analytics infrastructure
- Drive advanced analytics, AI adoption, predictive modelling, and scenario planning initiatives
- Deliver executive insights, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data into strategic planning and decision-making
- Build data literacy, capability, and high-performing analytics teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in data management, analytics, governance, or digital transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise data initiatives
- Strong exposure to government, public sector, consulting, or complex organizations preferred
- Expertise across data strategy, AI, data governance, analytics platforms, and digital innovation
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
