Lead development and governance of KSIA’s commercial data intelligence capabilities.
Integrate, improve the accuracy and usability of data, and generate real-time insights for strategic decisions and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a centralized commercial data platform integrating internal, partner, and passenger-movement data.
- Standardize data collection, metadata, and master data governance across Commercial.
- Oversee integration of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, government sources, and market research.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models for commercial KPIs and decision support.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable access with Technology teams.
- Use commercial analytics to identify behavioral patterns and actionable business insights.
- Adopt technologies and approaches to enhance data intelligence capabilities.
- Build commercial data literacy through tools, training, and ongoing support.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent is required.
- A related master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent is required, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
