Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Active CRC or CPC certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment, Burden of Illness, healthcare analytics, population health, or related healthcare operations.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience with CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment methodologies and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with physician practices and provider leadership.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care arrangements required; ACO and risk-bearing arrangements preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using healthcare data to identify opportunities and drive measurable performance improvement.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment and Burden of Illness principles.
- Strong understanding of compliant clinical documentation and coding practices.

- Compensation Range:
- $137,150.00
- to
- $205,724.00
- The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
