Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models supporting acquisition valuations, scenario analyses, and deal return assessments. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support opportunity identification and deal evaluation. • Support due diligence activities by compiling, organizing, and summarizing target company information. • Prepare deal documentation, presentation materials, and executive summaries for review by senior deal team members. • Coordinate deal process logistics, including data room management, scheduling, and document tracking. • Research M&A market developments, comparable transactions, and valuation benchmarks to inform deal analysis. • Maintain deal pipeline tracking logs and assist with preparation of portfolio and activity reporting.

• The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
