Lead the growth and delivery of enterprise blockchain initiatives across the region.
Permanent director-level opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of blockchain and digital-asset solutions for enterprise clients.
- Advise C-level stakeholders on blockchain strategy and innovation.
- Drive solution architecture, client engagement, and technology consulting initiatives.
- Support business growth through pre-sales, solution advisory, and partnership development.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on large-scale transformation programs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in blockchain, DLT, digital assets, tokenization, CBDC, or FinTech solutions.
- Strong background in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
- Experience working with banking, financial services, government, or regulatory organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum, Ripple, or Quorum is highly desirable.
