Director - AI & Advance Analytics

12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Applied AI, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.

5+ years leading architecture teams, technology organizations, AI/data delivery teams, or transformation initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with AWS, Snowflake, enterprise AI platforms, AI/ML and GenAI technologies.

Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.

Experience partnering with portfolio management, product management, or business-facing delivery teams.

Leadership Qualities

Strategic leader capable of balancing long-term architecture vision with near-term delivery outcomes.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business strategy and AI priorities into practical architecture and technology roadmaps.
