About This Role

- A leading regional enterprise is building a new internal Agentic AI Centre of Excellence focused on driving large-scale AI-led transformation across multiple business units and operational environments.
- We are seeking senior AI leaders who can bridge business transformation, enterprise technology, and practical AI implementation.
- This is not a traditional consulting or research-focused position.
- The mandate is execution-oriented and focused on identifying operational inefficiencies, shaping AI roadmaps, and overseeing the deployment of scalable AI solutions into live enterprise environments.
- The successful candidate will work directly with senior business stakeholders to:
- Conduct operational discovery and identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions
- Lead enterprise adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities
- Build scalable frameworks, governance models, and delivery structures
- Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to deploy solutions into production
- Drive measurable business outcomes through AI-led transformation initiatives
- Key areas of interest include:
- Agentic AI and autonomous workflows
- Enterprise GenAI deployments
- LLM orchestration and AI platforms
- RAG architectures
- AI-enabled operational transformation
- Enterprise automation and workflow optimisation
- AI governance and scalable delivery frameworks
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI or large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, GenAI platforms, and enterprise deployment models
- Experience delivering practical AI solutions into production environments
- Ability to engage directly with senior business stakeholders and operational leaders
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery capability
- Background within enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital platforms, automation, or large-scale data/AI environments
- This opportunity is best suited to builders and implementers rather than purely advisory or strategy-led profiles.
