Direct Care Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions and needs.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or direct care is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient, and respectful care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Auburn Hills, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks.
