Digital UX Designer Intern

What You’ll Do
Work across the design lifecycle to research solutions, design concepts and prototypes and collaborate with software engineers to bring the concept into the product.
Gain an understanding of digital product users and personas by participating in user research and observation.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to design within an established design system and component library.
Track and document key metrics that support the product team such as user adoption and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other UX designers by participating in UX team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, pairing sessions, design review, best practice sharing) to gain other perspectives and ensure we are working towards building a unified user experience across teams.
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma required.
Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing or other related field.
Previous internship is a plus.
Working knowledge of Figma is recommended, Jira and software development lifecycles (agile, lean, waterfall) is a plus.
Knowledge of user experience best practices and UI standards.
Travel
No travel is expected of this position.
