Role overview

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor contributors, review code, provide architectural direction, and help shape quality products.
• Own delivery across concurrent engagements from requirements clarification through deployment.
• Use AI-assisted workflows such as prompt design, agent workflows, multi-file refactors, and disciplined human review of generated code.
• Work with Agile teams to complete committed backlog and operate semi-autonomously on smaller engagements.
• Execute user stories and participate in estimation, sprint planning, SDLC activities, code reviews, testing, research, deployments, and documentation.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end design and architecture decisions.
• Communicate delivery risks, open items, and trade-offs to stakeholders, and help improve software delivery processes.
• Stay current with relevant technology and AI tooling; use source control and maintain process documentation.

Required skills and experience

• 8+ years of development-team experience with capability across front-end and back-end stacks.
• Experience mentoring developers and acting as a technical reference point for a small team.
• In-depth knowledge of C#/.NET (current LTS) and ASP.NET-based services.
