Serve as technical leader for large-scale projects, guiding architecture and multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery.
The role combines software solution architecture, technical decision-making, and team leadership.
Enterprise architecture and leadership
- Define technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals and architecture standards.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient solutions across cloud, microservices, integration platforms, automation, and data/AI technologies.
- Select technologies, establish architecture governance and design patterns, and enforce development standards.
- Lead and mentor large project teams; oversee implementation, delivery milestones, and adherence to architecture.
- Set review processes and standards for performance, security, and maintainability; resolve escalated technical challenges.
Business and delivery alignment
- Translate business objectives and digital service requirements into executable technical specifications with business and IT stakeholders.
- Guide digital service design, define implementation and deployment strategies, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 15+ years of software development and solution architecture experience, including modern software architecture.
- Proven leadership and management of large technical projects.
- Ability to connect business strategy, technical implementation, and operational delivery across projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Arabic speakers are preferred due to business regulatory requirements.
