About This Role
1. Data Integration & Architecture
- Design and implement data architecture connecting multiple systems (eCommerce platform, CRM, analytics tools, CX platforms, pricing systems)
- Develop and manage data pipelines using APIs, ETL/ELT processes
- Define data flows (real-time vs batch) in alignment with business needs
- Ensure secure data handling and compliance (especially customer-level data)
2. Data Modeling & Structuring
- Build scalable data models (customer-level, funnel-level, policy-level)
- Establish a
Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
- across all reporting
- Standardize data structures and naming conventions across systems
3. Dashboard Development (End-to-End Ownership)
- Design and develop
- Power BI dashboards from scratch
- Build datasets, measures, and logic behind dashboards
- Ensure dashboards are scalable, high-performing, and automated
- Enable drill-down capability across segments (e.g., channel, customer type, funnel stage)
4. Data Quality & Governance
- Define and implement data validation rules and monitoring
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate fixes with IT teams
5. Performance Optimization & Maintenance
- Optimize data refresh performance and dashboard speed
- Manage ongoing enhancements and scalability of the data environment
- Maintain documentation for data architecture and flows
Key Deliverables
- Data architecture blueprint
- Integrated data pipelines across systems
- Clean, structured datasets for reporting
- End-to-end Power BI dashboards (executive & operational)
- Data governance and quality framework
KPIs
- % of systems successfully integrated
- Data accuracy and consistency rate
- Data refresh latency (timeliness)
- Dashboard performance (load time, uptime)
- Reduction in manual data preparation
Required Experience
- 7–12+ years in Data Engineering / BI / Data Architecture
- Proven experience integrating multiple systems (CRM, analytics, CX tools, backend systems)
- Strong hands-on experience with
Power BI (end-to-end development)
- Experience with APIs, ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory or similar)
- Experience working in digital business / eCommerce environments (preferred)
