Responsibilities

• Partners with Business Analysts to ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured and reflected in the product backlog; contributes to requirements when needed
• Utilizes basic analytical techniques to perform data analysis and provides recommendations based on findings.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
• Contributes to user stories and acceptance criteria when needed to enable development teams' work and collaborates with them to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Supports product development process and aids throughout, participates in user testing and gathers feedback for product iterations.
• Partners with stakeholders to convey product vision, goals, and updates, ensuring product features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Analyzes product performance to inform product roadmap and leads product team ceremonies as needed.
• Owns the prioritization of the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Understands how to translate business needs into prioritized backlog items in partnership with Business Analysts Analytical
• Skills: Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders•
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of analysis and documentation.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills to manage priorities.
• Adaptability: Sense of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required.
• 2 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on digital products required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
