Overview

• Graphic Design:
• Create compelling and visually attractive digital assets such as banners, infographics, social media visuals, and promotional materials for both digital platforms and physical displays, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including the Communications department and external vendors to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns tailored to target audiences and organizational objectives.
• Manage and curate the company’s digital asset library, ensuring all logos, images, videos, and press materials are up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible for the wider team.
• SEO Optimization:
• Lead keyword research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta-data, and other on-site elements to maximize visibility and relevance to identified keywords, adopting best SEO practices.
• Regularly monitor SEO metrics and trends using tools such as Google Analytics, producing insightful reports and recommending continuous improvements to enhance search engine performance.
• Web Development and Maintenance:
• Contribute to the development, update, and maintenance of the company’s websites, implementing design enhancements and ensuring functional excellence.
• Ensure content accuracy and freshness by overseeing website content management and updates, keeping information current and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and external vendors to ensure technological and design solutions meet user experience best practices and company standards.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends, proactively suggesting and implementing innovative solutions to enhance website usability and effectiveness.
