Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: AED 4,000 per month, all-inclusive

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building and operating the core growth systems of a digital marketing agency. The focus is generating real leads and real clients for businesses.

You will work directly with the founder and become the operational backbone of the agency. This role requires someone who can think, build, diagnose, and manage execution.

What You Will Do

1. Build the Agency’s Growth Foundation

• Oversee and improve the company website (structure, messaging, conversion)
• Help define positioning, offers, and service structure
• Set up lead generation systems for the agency itself
• Ensure tracking, forms, and CRM flow are correctly implemented

2. Plan and Build Client Funnels

• Decide the best approach for each client (paid ads, SEO, landing pages, etc.)
• Build or oversee landing pages and websites
• Structure offers, messaging, and conversion paths
• Ensure alignment between ads, pages, and follow-up

3. Manage Paid Ads & Lead Generation

• Oversee or run campaigns (Google Ads, Meta)
• Diagnose performance issues (lead quality, cost, conversion)
• Improve campaigns based on actual results, not assumptions

4. Own Tracking, Analytics & Funnel Integrity

• Ensure all forms, events, and conversions are tracked correctly
• Identify gaps between ad platforms, website, and CRM
• Understand where leads drop off or degrade in quality

5. Hire and Manage Execution Team

• Identify and hire web developers, designers, and specialists
• Manage freelancers and full-time hires
• Write clear briefs and ensure work is delivered properly
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables

6. Improve Systems and Fix Bottlenecks

• Identify weak points in funnels, campaigns, or operations
• Prioritize the highest-impact fixes
• Execute or coordinate improvements quickly

7. Support Sales and Client Growth

• Help prepare pitch decks and proposals
• Support follow-up with leads and prospects
• Improve how leads are handled and converted into clients

• hands-on freelance work building funnels or running campaigns
• growth/operator roles in early-stage companies

Weak backgrounds for this role:

• pure social media/content roles
• large corporate marketing roles with no ownership
• roles focused only on reporting or coordination

Compensation:

• Year 1: AED 4,000/month all-inclusive
• Year 2: AED 4,500/month all-inclusive
• Year 3: AED 5,000/month all-inclusive
• 30 days off per year (inclusive of vacation, public holidays, and sick days)

Probation:

• First 3 months on probation
• AED 3,000/month during probation
• Increased to AED 4,000/month upon successful completion
• AED 3,000 bonus after passing probation
