We are Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, meta data, site structure, and internal linking for search performance
• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and report on key metrics
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC) across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and conversions
• Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy for blogs, ads, websites, and social posts
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and engagement
• Monitor analytics across all channels and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align with overall brand strategy

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain branded templates, layouts, and visual assets across digital and print materials
• Edit images and produce short-form visual content to support campaigns and brand storytelling

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO/analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and SEM tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar, and a solid understanding of branding and layout principles
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
