Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our Clinic.
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, driving engagement, and generating fresh leads through various digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital media strategies, content creation, and lead generation techniques tailored specifically to the healthcare industry.
Moreover, familiarity with digital algorithms and analytics tools is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance the medical center's online presence and attract new leads.
2.
Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with the medical center's brand and messaging.
3.
Monitor digital media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
4.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in digital marketing and healthcare industries to maintain a competitive edge.
5.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications, and healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for content creation and promotion.
6.
Utilize SEO techniques and keyword optimization to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the medical center's digital assets.
7.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to reach specific demographics and maximize lead generation.
8.
Regularly review and report on digital media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9.
Manage relationships with external digital media partners, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and within budget.
10.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing digital marketing practices in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
1.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2.
Proven experience and working in digital marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
3.
In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), Google Ads, email marketing, and content management systems.
4.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and techniques for lead generation and audience engagement.
5.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital media analytics platforms to track and analyze performance metrics.
6.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different digital platforms and target audiences.
7.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics to develop engaging multimedia content.
8.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
9.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital media strategies.
10.
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing practices is a plus.
