We are looking for a highly capable:
Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist
to lead and optimize the performance of our digital marketing channels and e-commerce operations.
This role is intended for candidates with hands-on experience in paid advertising, analytics, conversion optimization, and e-commerce growth — not general social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, and campaign performance metrics
- Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities
- Improve website conversion and customer journey
- Support SEO and digital growth initiatives
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to support business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
- Strong understanding of analytics and conversion optimization
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with fashion, luxury, or e-commerce brands
- Candidates who can demonstrate measurable campaign results and growth performance
