- مسؤول عن تحويل الخطط الاستراتيجية إلى مهام عملية موزعة على الأفراد، وضمان إنجازها في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة المطلوبة
- دوره أساسي في ضبط الإيقاع داخل القسم ومنع أي تضارب أو تأخير
- البحث عن كوادر احترافية بشكل دوري لكل قسم
- إدارة المخاطر والأزمات للحفاظ على آلية العمل
- توفير كوادر للدعم خلال المخاطر والأزمات والتهديدات المباشرة وغير المباشرة
- إدارة الجهات الخارجية وشركاء العمل لضمان الوصول لمؤشرات الأداء المحددة
- إدارة المصروفات التشغيلية والالتزام بالميزانية المعتمدة من المدير التسويقي

- تخطيط وتنظيم العمل
- استلام المهام من المدير التسويقي وتفكيكها إلى مهام صغيرة
- توزيع المهام على الفريق حسب الاختصاص
- وضع جداول زمنية (Deadlines) ومتابعتها
- المتابعة والتنفيذ
- مراقبة سير العمل يوميًا
- التأكد من أن كل عضو ملتزم بالدور المحدد له
- متابعة التقدم ورفع تقارير دورية للمدير التسويقي
- إدارة الفريق
- حل المشكلات اليومية للفريق قبل أن تتصاعد
- تسهيل التواصل بين الأعضاء المختلفين (كاتب المحتوى + المصمم + المونتير + السوشيال ميديا)
- ضمان التزام الفريق بالسياسات الداخلية
- إدارة الجودة
- مراجعة الأعمال المنجزة مبدئيًا قبل رفعها للمدير التسويقي
- التأكد من مطابقة المواد لهوية العلامة والرسالة التسويقية
- التقارير والتحليل
- إعداد تقارير شاملة عن التقدم، المشاكل، والحلول المقترحة
- رفع مؤشرات أداء (KPIs) متعلقة بسرعة الإنجاز وجودة التنفيذ

- المتطلبات والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذو صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2–4 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع (يفضل في المجال التسويقي)
- مهارات عالية في التخطيط والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت
- القدرة على قيادة الفرق والعمل تحت الضغط
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع مختلف الأطراف
- القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة وكفاءة
- معرفة بمؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وآليات قياسها
- الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٦٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر
- موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
