Role Overview
Loyal to Cumbria is looking for a versatile and self-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and grow its digital presence.
This is a fully remote position suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The role is intentionally broad, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape marketing direction over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt digital marketing strategies aligned with general business and brand objectives
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, search engines, email, and content platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and derive insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Oversee content planning to maintain consistent messaging and brand tone across digital channels
- Collaborate with internal teams on various marketing initiatives and evolving priorities
- Identify and explore new trends, tools, and opportunities in digital marketing
- Handle budget allocation in a flexible manner, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Contribute to ad hoc projects that support broader marketing and brand efforts
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing across a range of channels
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with commonly used digital marketing tools and platforms
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a role with evolving responsibilities and priorities
