Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

This role oversees multi-channel marketing initiatives and ensures alignment between digital activities and broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing end-to-end digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

The role defines campaign goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, and performance benchmarks to ensure effective execution.

The position monitors and analyzes key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and return on investment.

It uses data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

In addition, the role is responsible for managing content strategy, overseeing digital branding consistency, and coordinating with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

It may also manage marketing tools, analytics platforms, and advertising budgets.

The role contributes to market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning.

It may also oversee automation initiatives, customer journey optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in digital analytics tools, advertising platforms, marketing automation systems, and content management systems.

Ability to interpret data and make strategic, performance-driven decisions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage marketing initiatives effectively.

Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
