Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager (part-time) will design and execute digital marketing strategies that raise awareness of the EU-India Digital Policy Dialogue and its activities.
This hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels to reach relevant stakeholders and audiences.
The role will involve creating and curating digital content, coordinating event promotion, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also track and analyze web and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to plan, publish, and optimize content across major platforms.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including nurturing stakeholder interest and growing relevant contact lists.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and inform strategy adjustments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EU or Indian languages are an asset.
- Experience working with international, policy-oriented, or multistakeholder initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, international relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
