Role Description
The Clinical Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical and policy-related projects that support the EU-India Digital Policy Dialogue, with a focus on evidence generation for digital health and related technologies.
This part-time role is hybrid, based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing clinical trial or pilot timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders; and ensuring compliance with relevant protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards.
The role involves developing and maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress and risks, and preparing status reports and presentations for steering committees and partners.
The Clinical Project Manager will also support research activities, contribute to study design and protocol development, and help translate clinical and research insights into policy-relevant recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership with demonstrated skills in Project Management and Clinical Operations, including coordination of multi-stakeholder clinical or digital health initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in Trial Management and adherence to Protocol, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and close-out of clinical trials, pilots, or observational studies.
- Proven Research capabilities, such as literature review, data interpretation, and contribution to study design, reports, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and disciplines in an international context.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, public health, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or clinical research certification is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital health, health policy, or technology-enabled clinical projects; experience with EU or international programs is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a part-time, hybrid work environment.
