We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital growth, brand storytelling, and performance marketing, with a strong ability to combine creativity and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising channels.
You will oversee content strategy, campaign performance, and customer acquisition initiatives to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
The role includes managing digital advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
You will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying audience segments, tracking digital trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include improving website traffic performance, enhancing user engagement, and supporting lead generation and customer retention strategies.
Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, consumer behavior, and online growth strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance.
Experience
- with web analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in digital trends and emerging marketing technologies. Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, or A/B testing methodologies is considered an advantage.
