About This Role
Job Summary
RHT – Beyond Linen is looking for a highly creative, organized, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence, social media platforms, online branding, and lead generation activities.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the company’s digital marketing function including social media strategy, content planning and execution, campaign management, paid ads, SEO-related content, lead generation, engagement growth, and brand awareness initiatives.
Currently, the company has an in-house graphic designer; therefore, this role requires someone capable of leading the overall marketing direction, coordinating creative execution, and building a strong digital presence for the brand across all online platforms.
The candidate should possess strong understanding of luxury branding, hospitality aesthetics, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing while maintaining a hands-on and execution-focused approach.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on:
- Brand awareness
- Lead generation
- Website traffic
- Social media growth
- Engagement improvement
- Customer inquiries
- Online visibility
- Build and strengthen the company’s digital presence across all online platforms.
- Support positioning of the company as a premium hospitality, linen, uniform, and supply brand within the market.
Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee all company social media platforms including:
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- X (Twitter)
- Other relevant platforms
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content regularly.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with company campaigns, launches, exhibitions, and operational activities.
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, inquiries, and social media interactions.
- Ensure consistency in brand image, captions, visuals, and communication style across all platforms.
Content Planning & Creative Direction
- Plan and coordinate creation and execution of:
- Reels
- Short-form videos
- Product showcases
- Hospitality content
- Lifestyle content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Corporate announcements
- Educational content
- Promotional campaigns
- Client/project highlights
- Coordinate closely with the graphic designer regarding post designs, campaign creatives, catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop content concepts, captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign ideas focused on increasing engagement and reach.
- Coordinate and execute shoots, photography, videography, warehouse/factory content, exhibitions, and on-site content creation activities.
Paid Ads & Lead Generation
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Other digital advertising platforms
- Monitor ad budgets, campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and business inquiries through digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with management and sales teams to improve targeting, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
SEO & Website Coordination
- Support SEO-related content planning and strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Coordinate website content updates including:
- Product uploads
- Service pages
- Landing pages
- Blogs/articles
- SEO-friendly content
- Campaign banners
- Marketing visuals
- Ensure brand consistency and strong presentation across the website and digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze:
- Engagement rates
- Reach and impressions
- Follower growth
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Ad performance
- Conversion rates
- Campaign performance
- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports with performance insights, growth analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize marketing strategies for better results and digital growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, branding, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media marketing
- Paid ads

- Lead generation
- Content strategy
- Digital branding
- Marketing analytics
- Experience independently managing social media and digital marketing activities is highly preferred.
- Experience with:
• Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite
- CapCut
- Premiere Pro
- SEO tools
- Other marketing platforms preferred
- Strong copywriting, caption writing, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury, textile, fashion, interior, lifestyle, or B2B industries preferred.
- Strong organizational, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Valid and transferable Iqama preferred.

- · Comfortable attending shoots, exhibitions, warehouses, factories, and client sites while independently creating reels, behind-the-scenes videos, product showcases, and hospitality/lifestyle content.
- Passionate about storytelling, content creation, digital growth, and brand building
- Candidates with photography, videography, content shooting, and video editing skills will be highly preferred.
- Experience handling both content strategy and on-ground content execution is a strong plus and will be highly valued for this role.
