Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy and performance marketing across Google Ads, Facebook Manager, pre-burn partnerships, and networks.
• Ensure integrations for last-click attribution and event tracking for CPX optimization.
• Translate business problems into problem statements with business and product teams.
• Coordinate planning, reporting, management, and execution with analytics, marketing product, design, compliance, and finance.
• Generate insights and research opportunities with analytics; assess channel capabilities and recommend realistic solutions with ROI and impact analysis.
• Manage vendor selection, relationships, and pricing negotiations.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to pod strategy and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA graduate from a Tier 1 college.
• 2–6 years of experience in performance marketing or an analytical role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, business curiosity, and interest in understanding product functionality.
• Understanding of attribution, event tracking, product integrations, optimization frameworks, data structures and flows, performance marketing principles, diminishing returns, elasticity, A/B frameworks, and time-series analysis.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or iOS Search Ads is preferred.
• Experience with one of Appsflyer, Singular, or Adjust is preferred; affiliate marketing and ad fraud prevention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor selection, management, and pricing.
