CRWD Agency is looking for a talented and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Strategist** to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are looking for someone who understands digital advertising, performance campaigns, audience targeting, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple industries, especially **E-commerce, Forex Trading, F&B, and Real Estate**.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Manage lead generation, traffic, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ads for better results.
- Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop ad concepts, hooks, and campaign ideas.
- Track campaign KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and cost per result.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid ads, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid ads strategy.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.
- Experience in **E-commerce, Forex Trading, F&B, and Real Estate campaigns** is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into action.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels is a plus.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Creative mindset with a performance-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Agency experience is an advantage.

The right candidate should know how to create campaigns that generate leads, sales, traffic, and brand growth for different types of clients.
**Salary:** AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
