AI Designer – Social Media Content

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, campaigns, and branding projects.
• Develop creative concepts, visual layouts, and design directions for different brands and industries.
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation, image generation, editing, visual effects, and campaign ideation.
• Prepare social media posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, banners, and ad creatives.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Create AI-generated visuals, moodboards, mockups, and design variations based on campaign needs.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Edit and enhance photos, product images, lifestyle visuals, and marketing assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, social media formats, and digital content styles.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency or creative studio.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects/Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media content design for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital ads.
• Ability to write or refine AI prompts for image generation, content concepts, and creative direction.
• Good sense of layout, typography, color, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple client projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding work, AI-generated visuals, and digital campaigns is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI prompting for social media content.
• Knowledge of luxury, lifestyle, F&B, real estate, fashion, beauty, and corporate brand design.
• Ability to create content that combines real photography, AI enhancement, and digital design.
• Understanding of paid ads creative formats and performance-driven design.
• Experience with content planning, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation.
• Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
