Junior Social Media Manager

About This Role

CRWD Marketing Agency is growing — and we’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content, stays on top of trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging digital experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars
• Write captions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content production
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with trends across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Support in managing multiple client accounts

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of content formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
• Good copywriting skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
