1. Website Design & Management
- Fully manage and improve company website (design + performance)
- Create new pages, landing pages, and product pages
- Optimize website for:
- Speed
- Mobile responsiveness
- SEO ranking
- Ensure professional UI/UX design
2. SEO & Google / AI Presence
- Rank website on **Google Page 1 for lighting products in KSA**
• Optimize Google Business Profile (Maps)
- Ensure company appears in:
- Google Search
- AI search results (ChatGPT / Google AI / others)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
3. Social Media Management
- Handle and grow:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
Tasks
- Create posts (graphics + videos)
- Manage comments and messages
- Grow audience and engagement
4. Paid Advertising
Plan and run ads on:
• Google Ads (Search, Display)
- YouTube Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Snapchat Ads (very important in KSA)
5. E-Commerce Management
- Fully manage stores on:
- Amazon.sa
- Noon.com
- Product uploads, SEO optimization, pricing, promotions
- Run marketplace ads and improve conversions
- Track daily sales performance
6. Content Creation & Design
- Create high-quality designs using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Create short videos using:
- CapCut or similar tools
- Develop product visuals, ads, and social media content
7. Lead Generation & Communication
- Generate leads via:
- Website
- Social media
- Ads
- Manage customer communication using:
- WhatsApp Business
- Support B2B inquiries (contractors, projects, etc.)
8. System Integration (Important)
- Work with internal team to align:
- Website
- Odoo (inventory/products)
- Amazon & Noon stores
Website & Development
- Strong experience in:
- WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders like Elementor)
- Basic HTML, CSS (for customization)
- Website speed optimization & SEO structure
SEO & Analytics
- SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google Search Console)
• Google Analytics 4
- Keyword research & on-page optimization
Advertising Platforms
- Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- YouTube Ads
• Noon Seller Lab
- Product listing optimization & ad management
• Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)
- Canva
- CapCut or video editing tools
Other Tools
- WhatsApp Business tools
- Basic understanding of Odoo (product/inventory sync)
- AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools) for faster work
Requirements
- Must be Graduate in IT or Computer Science
- 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Experience handling **multiple platforms independently**
- Strong design + technical + marketing skills
- Experience in KSA market is preferred
- Must be **hands-on (doer, not only planning)**
KPIs (Performance Targets)
- Rank on Google Page 1 for key lighting keywords
- Increase leads (calls / WhatsApp / website inquiries)
- Grow social media engagement and followers
- Generate consistent sales from Amazon & Noon
- Improve website traffic and conversion rate
Salary
Based on experience (KSA market standard)
