The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage online presence, brand growth, and customer acquisition.
The role combines performance marketing, website management, video production, and copywriting.
Paid advertising and lead generation
- Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Drive high-intent traffic and leads, lower cost per acquisition, and scale budgets efficiently.
- Analyze and report on ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates using Excel.
Content and video
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Write copy, captions, and scripts that capture attention and prompt action.
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand aesthetic across social channels.
Website and reporting
- Administer WordPress websites, landing pages, site speed, SEO, and technical troubleshooting.
- Integrate tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and marketing automation tools into websites.
- Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports, campaign presentations, and workflow documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of digital campaign, performance advertising, and social content experience.
- Expert hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including lead generation.
- Video editing expertise and ability to create short-form content.
- Deep WordPress, landing page, and conversion rate optimization expertise.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
