Admissions Sales Officer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from students by phone, walk-in visits, and online channels.
• Counsel prospective students on courses, admissions, and eligibility.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.
• Maintain the student database and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads.
• Deliver customer service that supports a positive student experience.
• Participate in promotional activities and education fairs when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or student enrollment is required.
• Academic or training institute experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is required.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools, is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Monthly salary range of AED 2,500–4,000, plus commission on enrollments.
