About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & ERP Support Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, ERP/application support, and basic coding knowledge to assist with AI-driven deployments and automation tasks.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow company social media platforms
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns
- Handle basic SEO and online promotions
- Coordinate marketing creatives and branding activities
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
ERP & IT Support
- Provide first-level ERP/application support to users
- Troubleshoot basic system and application issues
- Support daily ERP operations and reporting
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Assist in testing, deployments, and documentation
AI & Technical Support
- Use AI tools and prompts to support automation and deployment activities
- Assist in basic coding, scripting, and configuration tasks
- Support website/content updates and minor technical changes
- Work with modern tools for productivity and automation improvements
Required Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or business applications
- Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AI prompt-based workflows
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in ERP support, digital marketing, or automation projects
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, or CRM systems is an advantage
