🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

- Based in Dubai and licensed by the Dubai Economic Department (DED), we specialize in unbiased mortgage advice that helps people move forward financially and personally.
- We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in 360° digital marketing, including social media, content creation, branding, paid advertising, SEO, and video marketing.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube)
- Create and execute content calendars and digital campaigns
- Create graphic designs, reels, video edits, and branded creatives for social media and marketing campaigns
- Handle Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns, optimization, and reporting
- Support SEO strategy including blogs, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Manage LinkedIn content and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics
- Work closely with the team on brand positioning and audience targeting
- Develop audience-specific content for expats, investors, and non-resident clients
- Assist with WhatsApp marketing funnels and retargeting campaigns
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals
- Knowledge of content creation, reels, and short-form video trends
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design/video platforms
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
