About This Role

Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines visual storytelling with digital marketing expertise. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through compelling design work while managing and growing our social media presence to drive engagement and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (50%)

• Design engaging, on-brand visuals for both digital and print, including social media content, advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns and online content.
• Prepare and finalize design files for production or publication, ensuring high quality and consistency.

Social Media Management (50%)

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally and promptly.
• Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging digital technologies.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design and/or social media management.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) and Canva.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Photography or videography skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, or HTML/CSS.
• Experience within a relevant industry (e.g., fashion, tech, education, non-profit).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and successful social media campaigns.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
