Digital Marketing cum Social Media Manager

About This Role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑oriented Digital Marketing cum Social Media Manager to drive growth and build a strong online presence for our brand in the Dubai real estate market .

If you live and breathe campaigns, leads, and engagement, and are comfortable managing budgets and performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (strategy, content, engagement, and reporting).
• Develop and manage the monthly marketing and advertising budget , ensuring maximum ROI.
• Track and measure lead‑generation KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rates, CPL, etc.) and present actionable insights.
• Create compelling content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and content marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation .
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy .
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools .
• Knowledge and experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking lead‑generation performance .
• Dubai real estate background is a must .
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the UAE industry .
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
