We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate development team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with brokers, investors, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the company’s real estate projects.
- Build, manage, and continuously expand relationships with real estate brokers and agencies across the UAE.
- Ensure all partner agencies remain actively engaged, informed, and aligned with ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Regularly reconnect with inactive or less active agencies to revive partnerships and drive renewed sales activity.
- Maintain consistent communication with agencies through meetings, calls, presentations, and project updates.
- Support agencies with the latest marketing materials, pricing, and project information to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute project launches and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular reports on agency performance, sales pipeline, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within a real estate developer in the UAE.
- Strong network of brokers and real estate professionals in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with off-plan property sales.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market regulations and trends.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
