Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee the successful execution and delivery of
FF&E, interior furnishing, and window treatment projects
across the UAE.
The role is responsible for managing projects from award to handover, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
- or a related discipline.
- **10+ years of UAE experience**
- in
- FF&E, interior fit-out, building materials, or interior products
- .
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through handover and final close-out.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Resolve project risks, technical issues, and delays to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
