This hands-on, one-person content studio role plans, produces, and publishes content to grow the brand's audience and enquiries.
What you will do
- Shoot and edit short-form and longer videos for social platforms, including on-camera explainers with the team.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook content calendars, posting, captions, replies, and community.
- Design graphics, carousels, thumbnails, brochures, and presentations according to brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools for scripting, video editing, image generation, voice-over, and subtitles.
- Support basic paid social campaigns, website and SEO content updates, and simple reporting.
- Track reach, followers, and leads weekly and recommend what to do next.
What you need
- At least two years of social media, video-editing, or content-creation experience and a shareable portfolio.
- Strong video-editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Graphic-design skills with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or ElevenLabs, or similar.
- Excellent written English; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable working with a small team and owning work from idea to post; must be based in the UAE.
Nice to have
- Experience creating content for financial services, real estate, legal, or professional services.
- Experience running Meta or Google ads; comfort appearing on camera.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio.
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance are offered.
Workplace
- Full-time, on-site role at the employer's office in Barsha Heights, Dubai.
