About the Role
Full-time Video Content Creator & Presenter role focused entirely on video.
Create videos about the firm and its services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
The creator presents and directs each video, handling the process from setup through final edit.
Key Responsibilities
- Present on camera in reels, short videos, and stories.
- Set up the camera, frame shots, and record independently without a separate film crew.
- Plan shoots, including location, lighting, sound, angles, and number of takes.
- Film in the office and on location using a smartphone and basic lighting and sound equipment.
- Edit videos with captions, music, and on-screen text using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar tools.
- Produce an agreed number of finished videos each week.
- Turn team-provided topics into short scripts and hooks; organize raw footage and finished videos.
- Send every video for management approval before it is posted.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience making video content for a brand or personal social media account.
- Confident and natural on camera, with clear spoken English.
- Strong mobile video filming and editing skills; good understanding of current short-form video trends and formats.
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet a weekly video schedule.
- Based in the UAE or able to relocate.
Nice to Have
- Experience making videos for finance, real estate, travel, or professional services brands is a plus.
- Experience with AI video or voice tools is a plus.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 5,000 to AED 7,000, based on experience.
- The company sponsors a UAE employment visa.
Workplace
- Full-time, on-site role in Barsha Heights, Dubai.
- The role offers creative freedom and direct work with the Managing Director.
