About This Role

Job Summary:

Vera Care is looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Administrative Executive to support our aesthetic and skincare operations. This role requires a strong blend of creative content expertise, e-commerce management, and financial/administrative capabilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both marketing and operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow Vera Care’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Create high-quality, engaging content using tools such as Canva
• Design posts, reels, stories, and marketing visuals aligned with brand identity
• Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
• Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interaction
• Stay updated with trends, especially on Snapchat and short-form content platforms

2. E-commerce Management (End-to-End)

• Handle full e-commerce operations from A to Z
• Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images)
• Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery coordination
• Monitor stock and coordinate with logistics when needed

3. Sales & Operations

• Prepare professional quotations for clients
• Create and manage sales orders
• Familiar with Zoho workflow

4. Finance & Administrative Support

• Generate financial reports and support accounting processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Work on systems such as Zoho (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, CRM)
• Assist in tracking revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Coordinate with management on reporting and operational insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong expertise in Canva and content creation tools
• Experience managing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations
• Experience with Zoho systems is a strong advantage
• Ability to generate financial reports and support accounting functions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Working Hours:

• 2 days per week
• 4 hours per day
