Seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of UAE digital marketing experience.
The role focuses on social media, content creation, paid advertising, campaign optimization, measurable business results, and quality leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital advertisements for social and other online platforms; film, edit, and produce short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other social content.
- Manage company social accounts and maintain an active online presence; plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns.
- Use customer interests, behavior, and preferences to create targeted content that supports business objectives.
- Monitor campaign metrics and optimize campaigns and budgets to improve ROI and generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with Sales on lead quality, conversion, and sales performance; stay informed on digital trends, platforms, tools, and content formats.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE; experience with a reputable organization is preferred.
- Strong social media management and paid advertising experience; ability to create engaging advertisements and short-form video content.
- Experience with campaign analytics, performance tracking, and budget optimization; understanding of customer targeting, lead generation, and conversion marketing.
- Creative mindset with attention to visual content and brand presentation; good communication and reporting skills.
- English proficiency is required. Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory; current availability in the UAE is preferred.
