and drive high-quality lead generation within the luxury space.
We are looking for an executor, not a manager.
This role has no team beneath it.
You will be the one writing, designing, filming, editing, and running ads — hands-on, every day.
If you are used to briefing agencies, managing freelancers, or overseeing others' work, this role is not the right fit.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Drive lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (audience, creative, ROAS)
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
- Design branded graphics, carousels, and campaign assets
- Manage and grow social media channels across all platforms
- Support SEO and website content growth
- Analyze campaign performance and report results directly to leadership
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads with measurable lead generation results
- Fluency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, Canva Pro, Photoshop
- Strong content creation and video editing portfolio
- Commercial mindset — focused on leads and conversions, not likes
- Experience in luxury, real estate, or professional services is a plus
- Based in Dubai
