The Manager, Digital Experience Intelligence & Research leads research and analytics for customer-centric decisions across Riyadh Air’s digital ecosystem.
The role turns customer behaviour, market trends, and digital performance data into insights that inform product strategy, experience design, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Experience Design, Technology, Data, and Commercial teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Validate concepts through research and experimentation and recommend improvements to customer journeys across web, mobile, and emerging digital channels.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research, behavioural insights, customer feedback, and industry practices to support evidence-based decisions.
- Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement in digital customer experiences.
About you
- Degree qualified, with at least 7 years in Customer Insights, UX Research, Digital Analytics, Behavioural Science, Market Research, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-focused business outcomes.
- Experience with research methodologies, customer journey analysis, experimentation, stakeholder management, and translating complex data into insights.
- Strategic thinking, communication skills, an innovative mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders.
Additional experience welcomed
- Experience in AI-enabled research, digital experience optimisation, customer intelligence platforms, and agile product environments is welcomed.
